For more than twenty five years, John C Francis Associates Ltd. (JFCA) has relentlessly pursued the highest possible quality of service in engineering. Based in the north of the island, JFCA provides design services to architects, contractors and developers in Saint Lucia and the Caribbean. Our engineering team consists of a uniquely qualified and dedicated group of mechanical and electrical engineers and technicians who are all leaders in their field and whose sole purpose is to exceed customer expectations by executing quality design, contracting and construction services in a timely and thorough manner.Organizations and individuals have entrusted engineering for their special projects to us with great results. Over the past few years, JFCA has completed several special projects that have been critical in solidifying the Company’s presence in Saint Lucia. These include the Bay Walk Mall, Cap Maison, Jalousie Plantation, the Beausejour Stadium, St. Lucia Distillers Limited, SLASPA, FICS and The Bordelais Correctional Facility. The company also carries ongoing maintenance for Blue Coral and Goddard's Catering, contracting for Eastern Caribbean Financial Holding (ECFH), the National Insurance Property Development and Management Co. Ltd (NIPRO) and the Government of St. Lucia.
